What is the Lakou Collective?

The Lakou Collective is a non-profit venue, community café, and small business incubation space coming soon to Immokalee, Florida. The Collective delivers free and low cost workshops, events, concerts, and classes facilitated by local community leaders to Immokalee residents.

In addition to hosting these community programs, the Lakou Collective serves as a multicultural (and multilingual) incubation space for local artists, initiatives, organizations, and small businesses.

The Lakou Collective encourages community formation among working-class Haitian, Mexican, and Guatemalan youth and adults.
